Some Place Else announces digital downloads as a new platform for a series of future releases. As much as we still believe in the “physical product”, we wanted to take the opportunity and see how the downloads will serve us on our way. Having no former experience or expectations for MP3 sales, we do consider it a viable option to keep the works available.
The first three releases in the series are special works by Niko Skorpio, works that were initially available in very limited physical editions. Namely:

For each release, the MP3 files are accompanied with a cover image and a printable PDF booklet that contains related artwork and information. At this time we offer full albums only. There’s no DRM or other annoyances so they can easily be backep up or burned on a CDR for personal use.
The digital format retains certain special capabilities (in comparison to the traditional CD and vinyl formats) that we are more than willing to explore in the future. Certain special projects that we have planned for quite some time will benefit from this… watch out for further details.
